1. Services
ShreeRevaTech LLP provides IT solutions and software development services including websites, software, mobile apps, e-commerce, design and digital marketing. The scope, timeline, deliverables and fees for each project are set out in a written proposal or agreement.
2. Payments
Fees, milestones and payment terms are stated in each proposal. Work may be paused for overdue payments. Third-party costs (domains, hosting, licences, ad spend) are billed separately unless stated.
3. Ownership
On full payment, the agreed deliverables and source code are transferred to the client, excluding third-party and open-source components, which remain under their own licences.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely content, feedback and approvals, and confirm they have the rights to any materials they supply.
5. Confidentiality
We keep client information confidential and will sign an NDA on request.
6. Warranty & support
We fix defects in delivered work reported within the warranty period stated in the agreement. Ongoing maintenance is available under a separate plan.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ShreeRevaTech LLP is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Pune having jurisdiction.
